Hey, hold on. Do you really want to leave without checking out all the details of our festival? Wicked Acres will make all possible reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for its patrons.
1. SMOKING is only available in desiginated areas!
Smoking and open flames are forbidden in the general grounds because dried vegitation and flames don’t mix.
2. FIREARMS, WEAPONS OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT IS NOT ALLOWED
No firearms or weapons are allowed. Drinking, obnoxious behavior, running and any other unseemly conduct is not tolerated at Wicked Acres. You will be asked to leave or removed by our security staff.
3. PLEASE DON’T TOUCH THE NATURAL WILDLIFE.
We are in a more remote area and we want to keep our local wildlife protected. Please help us help them.
4. HOLD ON TO YOUR BELONGINGS
You hereby agree that neither Wicked Acres, nor any of its employees and/or associates, are not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premises of Wicked Acres. In addition, We will make all possible reasonable efforts to retrieve any items lost in the festival. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. USE GOOD JUDGEMENT
Please keep an eye on kids, friends and family members. We want everyone to have a good time and be safe. We are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.
7. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
We do allow service animals but we do not allow personal pets on the festival grounds.
Our photographers & Videographers
We will have photographers and videographers on premises. We will be taking photos and video to use on our website, social media and other marketing.
